filthy pirate.pngWhat began as a spur of the moment music video shoot on the set of LandMind Studios during their annual New Year's Eve party grew into a bigger, badder project than director John Foote ever anticipated.  The music video was shot for Nothing Error's track "Dallas, TX," and featured the band, some rowdy bar types, a troubled businessman, a wannabe cowboy in assless chaps, a hairy-backed transvestite stripper, and some other folks we can't even begin to describe, such as the rollerblading, water-chugging freak from nowhere.

As the characters of the music video played their roles, director Foote's vision expanded. These guys were just too f*ckin' funny, and they needed a backstory. And so, the story of The Filthy Pirate was born and spewed from the depths of John Foote's mind like so much bad pizza after a hard night of drinking. Foote rounded up a small film crew including Levi Anderson of SidFilmz and Kevin Williams of Fizzbang , and they began to shoot the stories of Otis & Tater - hillbilly bothers, Big Fun Wayner - a coked up and struggling businessman, Rob the Rollerblader, Maynerd the Inbred, Skidsy-D - fresh out of the slammer, and other freaks from The Filthy Pirate. And now, lucky for you, their disgusting and disturbing stories are available now on YouTube - so go check out the videos of The Filthy Pirate and give 'em some ratings and comments.
